OnePlan making an update to better protect your privacy. We’re introducing mandatory two-factor authentication (also known as 2FA or 2-step verification). In the coming weeks, all users will be required to use two-factor authentication to log into a OnePlan account.

Why will this be required?
Attempts to access accounts through credential stuffing (using lists of stolen usernames and passwords compromised from other websites) have been increasing. Our systems have multiple layers of security but two-factor authentication is the most effective way to protect your account.
I no longer have access to the email I use to log into my OnePlan account. How will I get the 2FA code?
You will get 2FA or 2-step verification to your phone number. If you want to switch to email and don’t have access to the email associated with your OnePlan account, you’ll need to change the email address you use for OnePlan login.Â
When will this change take place?
We plan to roll out this requirement to all accounts over the coming weeks. You’ll be able to log into your account 2 times before setting it up, then the system will prompt you to set up two-factor authentication before logging in.
How can I further protect my account?
As always, we strongly recommend you make a unique password for OnePlan. Don’t reuse passwords you’re using for other accounts or websites because if someone hacks that site and gets your username and password, they are going to have an easier time logging into your OnePlan account. A strong, unique password combined with 2FA will provide excellent protection for you and your OnePlan account.
