Our event planners have been hard at work already this year, here are a few standout event plans that have caught our eye!
Scotiabank Hockey Day Canada
As the official holiday of The 5th Season, Scotiabank Hockey Day in Canada is about much more than just the game of hockey – it’s about coming together as a community. Entering their eighth year, Scotiabank supports the true celebration of their favourite sport, which brings kids’ hockey clinics, games and NHL celebrities to communities across Canada.
Koben Meausette, Sport Tourism Specialist says “While many people made up the planning for this event, the support I provided would not have been possible without OnePlan and their site mapping software. Their support was unmatched and the tools their software provided made it easy to adjust our site map day to day as needed. Without this tool, I am not sure I would have had the role I ended up in for the event. McCreary Gravel Rally
McCreary Gravel Rally is based in McCreary County Kentucky USA, also known as MGR-III due to this being the third Rally event! Stage Rally is a timed event where competitors in specially prepared street-legal vehicles race against the clock on closed roads. The event is built using these closed roads, that have transits between them on open public roads and the teams are allowed to service and fuel the vehicle in designated areas at specific times per a published schedule.Â
The event is facilitated by a large group of volunteers who work across the event site from timing control points to a Ham Radio network with six repeaters, and many more. All the volunteers have a schedule that needs to be observed to have the rally function.
Bernhard Obry, Event Organiser, says he has greatly benefitted from OnePlan’s access permission functionality that helped manage his event plan permissions when sharing and collaborating with such a large team.
Outfield Music, Food & Arts Festival 2024
Outfield Festival is a family-friendly event, where everyone is welcome to participate in the celebration of culture, music, food, and arts. Held in the picturesque vine-laden coast of Te Awanga, where the sun meets the surf, Outfield has grown and evolved over the years to become a much-loved independent festival held in the Hawke’s Bay region. It boasts an exceptional mix of well-known and emerging music talents, plenty of delicious food and impressive art on display!
This event plan is an impressive example of how OnePlan enables you to accurately plan out every aspect of your event site. High Chaparral Park
This impressive event plan is a campsite for the Total Solar Eclipse on April 8 2024 at High Chapparal Park in Copperas Cove, TX. When the team first started talking about potential ways to map out the property for all of our vendors, they went through several softwares before they came across OnePlan.

High Chaparral Park event plan is a great example of how our Custom Icon functionality can be used to customise event plans however you’d like. For this event, they have used custom icons to display the car parking areas and camping spots!
